Suspend or Terminate your Membership

Platinum Membership Suspension
You are entitled as a Yoga by Degrees member to suspend your membership. A two-week notification prior to your billing date is required to suspend your Platinum Membership. Suspending your Platinum Membership is an excellent choice if you are traveling or have an injury. You will be permitted to terminate your Platinum Membership after at least one month of it being active. Prior to submitting your suspension request, please read the following suspension policy.
You are able to suspend your Platinum Membership if your request is submitted at least 2 weeks before your next automatic payment. You may not suspend your Platinum Membership during your introductory month. Platinum Membership suspensions are based on the date you are billed. You will need to call or stop by any YBD studio and ask a staff member to suspend your membership. Then a Yoga by Degrees Manager will call you to confirm that your suspension has been processed and the dates the suspension is effective.
You are only permitted to suspend your Platinum Membership once in a calendar year for up to three months. Your payment will automatically restart on the predetermined date, unless you notify Yoga by Degrees for an earlier reactivation date. You are not permitted to terminate your Platinum Membership while it is suspended. Platinum Membership terminated while suspended will incur one additional monthly payment prior to being cancelled. Your Platinum Membership will be active for the entire month after that final payment. Yoga by Degrees does not pro-rate refunds or allow extensions and/or transfers for a suspended Platinum Membership.
Platinum Membership Termination
You are entitled as a Yoga by Degrees Platinum Membership to terminate your Platinum Membership at anytime. Thirty days notice prior to your billing date is required to terminate your Platinum Membership. Cancellation request cannot be given in the first month. Yoga by Degrees makes exceptions for the following circumstances; pregnancy, injury or moving outside of a studio area. In these instances, the 30 day cancellation policy can be waived. If you are terminating for any of these reasons please supply sufficient documentation to support your termination request. For example: a doctor’s note or a utility bill from your new address. Please review the following termination policy prior to submitting a termination request.
Upon submission of your verbal termination request at least 30 days prior to your next automatic payment, your membership will be terminated. Cancellation requests cannot be given in the first 31 days of membership. You will need to call or stop by any YBD studio and ask a staff member to terminate your membership. Then a Yoga by Degrees Manager will call you to confirm that your termination has been processed and the date the termination is effective. You are not permitted to terminate your Platinum Membership while it is suspended. Yoga by Degrees does not pro-rate refunds or allow extensions and/or transfers for a suspended Platinum Membership.
Unused Month Refund Policy
If you did not verbally request to suspend or terminate your Platinum Membership and you were charged for a complete month or up to three consecutive months and you did not attend, you may use the credit towards any future class purchase(s) or transfer the amount to another current or future student to use towards classes. The credit must be used within 18 months of the first charge you are asking for a refund for and is redeemable for classes only.
